Where do the recovery and conversion percentages come from?
From real Scale me AI deployments. For voice agents we measure missed-call recovery directly off the Twilio/Retell/Vapi call logs against the pre-AI baseline. The 70% recovery rate is the conservative midpoint we see across dental, legal, contractor, and salon clients. Conversion (20%) is the share of recovered inbound that books an appointment or qualifies as a sales-ready lead — measured against the practice management software or CRM.
Why do the workflow automation and customer support services show hours, not revenue?
Because that's the honest unit. Workflow automation usually replaces internal manual work, not lost revenue — the win is FTE hours back, which we monetise at $35/hr blended cost.
